The Ultimate Brownie Recipe!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

If you like nuts in your brownies, start by toasting about a cup to a cup and a half of pecans in a medium sauce pan on low heat.

Once toasted, lay your nuts on a plate or paper towel, making sure to spread them out evenly so they cool faster. 

 

 

Begin by MELTING your butter.

Cream the melted butter and sugar together in a large bowl.

Add in both your eggs and mix well with an electric mixer.

Now add in your vanilla, oil, cocoa powder, and flour, a little at a time.

Mix until smooth.

Scrape down your bowl and add in your toasted and cooled pecans.

Pour in your white chocolate chips.  I chose white chocolate because you can see them against the darkness of the brownie when you bite into them.

At this point, I give you full permission to use this picture as your desktop background.  It is much to delectable to forget about.

Now this is an important step! Grease and foil a 9 x 13” pan.  (All this means is to line your pan with foil and grease the foil.)

 

Now pour your batter into your lined baking pan.

 

Bake on 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes, or until a toothpick, when inserted into the middle, comes out with brownie crumbs!
