Tuna Salad Recipe

 

 

Tuna Salad:

  • 10 oz. of solid white tuna packed in water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sweet relish (or to taste)
  • Whole wheat crackers 

Start with your cans of tuna.  Open them and drain out the water.  Scoop the tuna into a bowl and chop with a fork to break down all the larger chunks.

Add the mayonnaise into your tuna and mix with a fork.

 

 

 Add in your relish, mix with a fork and you’re done!

Eat with a fork, on a sandwich, or with some whole grain crackers.
